Refund and Exchange Policy
At Dabeiba, we are dedicated to offering high-quality, handcrafted fashion items from Latin America. Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products—crafted in remote locations—we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges.
Refunds:
No Refunds: As our products are handmade and shipped from distant regions, we do not offer refunds. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our items.
Exchanges:
General Policy: We offer exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging. To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team within the 15-day window for further instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
Pre-Order Products: For pre-order items, which are custom-made specifically for your order, exchanges can only be made for an existing product from our current collection. If the issue is related to sizing, we can remake the item in a different size. Please note that production of a new size will take an additional 6 weeks.
Consumer Rights:
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the product you received is faulty or does not match the description, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
